Shawn Williams is Chief Administration Officer for LeEco North America. In his role, Shawn oversees all aspects of human resources, corporate real estate, IT, and security.
Shawn came to LeEco from Samsung Electronics America where he served as senior vice president of human resources, security and general affairs for the company’s U.S. operations. He has also held senior positions at Apria Healthcare where he served as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer and capped a twelve-year career at Hewlett-Packard as the company’s Global HR Leader for HP Service. During his time at HP, he also held the role of Chief Operations Officer, vice president of workforce planning and strategy, vice president of HR transformation and director of workforce development, organizational effectiveness and HR operations. Shawn has also held senior management positions at EDS, Compaq computer, Dell and Chase.

In addition to his office responsibilities, Shawn is an active community member, serving on several boards of directors, including Tech Titans (North Texas Technical Leadership), Blueprint Healthcare IT, the American Heart Association and Native American Chamber of Commerce. He is also the co-founder of the Native American Education Center of Houston.
Shawn earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston and holds executive leadership certificates from Stanford University and Babson College.
